Canon law attorney Michael Rehill continues his efforts to harass and intimidate witnesses in the Title IV case against Amjad Samuel. Fortunately, the Diocese of Connecticut is prepared to call him out on it. And he should have learned his lesson after he tried to intimidate the victim of sexual assault in Texarkana.
