Anglican Watch has learned from sources close to the matter that Fairview TN police broke the law by serving an arrest warrant outside their jurisdiction on #justiceforgrant volunteer George Brewer. Thus, we believe the arrest was a violation of Brewer’s civil rights and constitutes a false arrest.
Subsequently, it appears the department is trying to gloss over its false arrest by asking Williamson County and possibly Franklin TN police to show up at Brewer’s home, even as they claim there’s “more to the matter.”
We believe Fairview is in the process of asking Franklin police to serve the warrant.
For the record, there is nothing more to the matter.
Anglican Watch stands with George and his family/friends in this matter. We reject utterly Curle’s fabrications and call on Grace Christian Academy to immediately terminate Curle’s employment.
