In light of the recent news alleging that Ed Konieczny, Bishop of Oklahoma, sexually assaulted the President of the House of Delegates, it’s interesting to hear what he has to say about conduct unbecoming. And you hear him bloviating about setting a high standard for others, consider that standard set when Presiding Bishop Todd Ousley arranged to dismiss the matter.
